Lynk Academy CIC

As a Community Interest Company, Lynk Academy CIC specialises in supporting those who are often overlooked. Our work is rooted in compassion, equity, and the belief that every young person deserves the chance to thrive.

Through targeted mentoring, dynamic workshops and programmes, employability support, and platforms for youth voice and policy engagement, we aim to create a lasting positive impact in the lives of those we serve and in the communities of Knowsley and Liverpool.

  • We recognised a pressing need within our communities—especially among disenfranchised and marginalised groups—for accessible, empowering opportunities that not only build confidence but also open doors to brighter futures.

    Our team is made up of highly experienced youth work practitioners who bring a wealth of knowledge from across the voluntary, community, and statutory sectors. This diverse experience equips us to deliver services that are not only professionally grounded, but also deeply connected to the real-life challenges and aspirations of young people and their families.

    Lynk Academy was created to be more than a service provider—it was founded to be a catalyst for change, a trusted partner in youth development, and a cornerstone of community empowerment.
